Cancellation - A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve all appointments. If cancellations are unavoidable, please provide at least a 24-hour notice in order that we may attempt to fill the time which has been reserved for you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment may be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booked services.

Quiet Moments - In order to provide a tranquil environment for all guests, we respectfully request that cell phones be turned off while at Regina's and that children remain quietly in the reception area during your visit.

Returns - Merchandise which is returned in resaleable condition within 15 days of purchase may be returned for full refund. Original receipts must accompany all returns. Sorry, no returns on special order items or makeup and brushes.

Gift Certificates – Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise or services (excluding gratuities). Certificates are non-refundable.
